I work with startups, creative professionals, expats and teams experiencing high levels of stress, emotional overwhelm or feeling stuck. I support them in preventing burnout, releasing somatic and emotional tension, and building clarity, resilience and sustainable patterns. My approach integrates Neuro-Somatic Breathwork, Creative Resilience Training, Guided Subconscious Work, and Creative Practices such as sound therapy, writing, painting, sculpture and expressive movement. The Sessions lead to expanded states of awareness, deeper connection, clearer decision-making, improved focus, and lasting internal change. 

In my practice I use different tools which expand from training and life-challenging experiences: psychosomatic practices, team coaching, experimental theater, vipassana meditation, mindfulness practices, creative therapies, sound healing, hypnosis and neuro-somatic breathwork. These are not used as separate techniques but as elements that inform a continuous process.

  • Neuro-Somatic Breathwork™

    Group & 1:1 | 60 min) 

An immersive breathwork experience designed to release emotional and somatic tension, expand awareness and reconnect with your intuition. I work with different layers of breath, sound, movement, and guided attention. The work often includes creative elements, such as live sound, clay modelling, painting and moments of stillness, creating a balance between activation and integration. Each group session is followed by a safe space for sharing and connecting with the group with the option for additional follow-up and support upon request. The practice is experienced blindfolded, encouraging inward focus and deeper sensory awareness, and inviting participants into altered states of awareness beyond the everyday thinking mind. Instead of guiding toward a specific outcome, I’m more interested in creating the conditions where something real can be felt, observed, and integrated.

  • Burnout Prevention Training 

    (60min | group | 1:1 session | 5 sessions training) 

Sessions are designed to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and prevent burnout. It combines 1:1 coaching, Pranayama breathwork techniques, somatic awareness and guided subconscious techniques to enhance psychological capacity to manage stress, pressure and shift underlying patterns that influence behavior and decision-making. You will learn how to recognize early signs of overload, discharge stress from the body, and develop more sustainable ways of working and responding to challenges.

Outcomes: reduced stress and mental fatigue, release of physical and emotional tension, improved energy regulation, more sustainable work rhythms and boundaries.

  • Creative Resilience Training 

    (60min | group | 1:1 session | 5 sessions training) 

Sessions are designed to support creative professionals experiencing blocks in expression, direction, motivation or navigating periods of transition. I help individuals to navigate adversity by fostering innovation and flexible thinking rather than just enduring challenges. I work with techniques like storytelling, expressive movement, emotion regulation, and creative problem-solving to turn obstacles into new solutions and help unlock expression, new perspectives, process internal states, and rebuild creative flow. 

Outcomes: release of limiting patterns, renewed sense of direction and motivation, increased creative flow and expression, stronger connection between inner experience and action.

  • Couple Dyadic Awareness Practice 

    (60min, including an online intake call | 5 sessions training)

A guided session for couples, using breath, attention, free association, and creative practice inspired by relational mindfulness and dyadic attention practices. The work supports deeper listening, presence, and communication by slowing down interaction and creating space to observe relational patterns. The practice supports deeper connection and lasting internal change.

About me

My name is Andrea, and Neuro-Somatic Creative Practice™ is a dynamic space I designed to support transformative experiences, perception shifts, somatic/emotional release and deep connection. I’m an artist, burnout prevention coach & breathwork facilitator. My work emerges from an artistic background with influences in social psychology, experimental theatre, sculpture, community-based and healing practices. 

Over time, I moved away from fixed methods and standardized approaches I learned and began working with what I find essential: deep connection, intuition and creative processes. I see each session as a space where something can unfold rather than something to be applied. In both 1:1 and group settings, I work with the understanding of the creative and changing nature of everything, allowing space for the unknown to be part of the process.
