Ōsmos Studio is a shared therapeutic space in Amsterdam and Berlin that brings together independent practitioners working across psychotherapy, counseling, somatic therapy, bodywork, massage, breathwork and holistic wellbeing practices.
The studios are designed as calm, welcoming spaces for one-to-one sessions, body-based practices, workshops and small gatherings. While every practitioner has their own approach and independent practice, the community is connected through a shared commitment to thoughtful care, human connection, collaboration and meaningful therapeutic work.

Ōsmos brings together independent practitioners with different backgrounds, approaches and areas of expertise.
Depending on the studio, you can find practitioners offering psychotherapy, counseling, relationship counseling, somatic therapy, bodywork, massage, Reiki and energy work, breathwork, yoga, coaching, psychology, Chinese medicine and other integrative or holistic practices.
Because every practitioner works independently, the best way to understand their approach is to explore their individual profile.
-
Ōsmos offers a range of therapeutic and body-oriented sessions, including psychotherapy and counseling, somatic work, bodywork and massage, breathwork, Reiki and energy work, coaching, relationship support, yoga and other holistic practices.
The exact sessions available depend on the practitioner and location.
-
The practitioners at Ōsmos work in different ways, and there is no single approach that fits everyone.
Therapy and counseling generally focus on emotional, psychological, relational or life-related concerns through conversation and therapeutic exploration.
Somatic work brings greater attention to the body, physical sensations, movement and the connection between bodily experience and emotional or psychological processes.
Bodywork and massage work more directly with the physical body through touch and body-based techniques, with approaches ranging from massage and energy work to more integrative forms of bodywork.
Some practitioners combine several of these approaches.

Start by thinking about what you are looking for rather than trying to choose a specific modality.
You might be looking for support with grief, trauma, anxiety, relationships, life transitions or personal development. You might want to reconnect with your body, work with physical tension, explore somatic practices, receive a massage, or simply create more space for yourself.
You can browse our practitioners by their areas of practice and read their individual profiles to understand their approach, experience and the kind of work they offer.
If you are unsure where to start, you can also send us an email and we can help you find a practitioner whose approach may be a good fit.
-
No.
You do not need to know the name of a specific modality or have a clear idea of what kind of practitioner you need.
Many people come to Ōsmos knowing what they are experiencing or what they would like to explore, but not knowing which approach would be most suitable. Reading the practitioner profiles can help you find an approach that resonates with you, and you can also contact the practitioner directly with questions before booking.
-
No. Ōsmos is a shared space for independent practitioners.
Each practitioner maintains their own practice, works autonomously and can be contacted directly. At the same time, the practitioners are part of a community that values exchange, collaboration, referrals and shared care for the space.
-
Sessions are booked directly with the individual practitioner.
You can explore the practitioner profiles on the Ōsmos website, learn more about their approach and services, and use the booking or contact information provided on their profile.
Because practitioners work independently, availability, session length, pricing and booking processes can vary.
