Reiki Treatment

A gentle full Reiki treatment offering time to slow down, settle and reconnect with yourself. The session combines a short conversation, hands-on or hands-above-body Reiki and time to rest and integrate afterwards.

50min. treatment + 20min. consultation = 70€* || 3 x 70 min - 195€

Crystal Reiki Treatment

Reiki sessions incorporating carefully chosen crystals as part of the treatment, with their qualities used to complement the intention and healing qualities of the session. A gentle invitation to slow down, settle into the body and create space for deep rest and inner listening.

50min. treatment + 20min. consultation = 85€*

Gentle Touch Sessions

A quiet, hands-on treatment centred on stillness, attentive touch and deep rest. Developed to bring back the safety of being held, gentle touch is centered around stimulation of energy flow along meridian lines and main energy points, helping bring awareness back to the body and invites a shift from alertness into a deeper state of rest.

50min. treatment = 85 €*

70min. treatment = 110 €*

Creative Practices

Individual and group sessions using textiles, drawing, movement and other creative forms to explore self-expression, attention and personal development. Individual sessions centre on themes of self-discovery, while recurring group sessions unfold through collective creative projects. Using carefully chosen techniques and materials, participants are invited to notice the relationship between their bodily experience of making, their feelings and their creative expression, opening space for greater self-awareness and new ways of understanding and expressing themselves.

my approach

I’m interested in what becomes possible when we give things time. My work with Reiki and creativity comes from a similar place: creating enough time and space to slow down, pay attention and notice what is happening in the body, in the mind, and in our relationship with ourselves and others.

I am a certified Level II Reiki practitioner in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition. My approach to Reiki is deeply intuitive and heart-led, grounded in care, presence, and compassion. To me, Reiki is more than a healing technique, it’s a creative and sensitive practice that reconnects us with the life force within, restoring balance and supporting healing on every level.

I also work with textiles and other creative practices as ways of exploring self-expression and personal development. I am interested in the particular kind of attention that comes from working with our hands: stitching, drawing, shaping, moving, making. There is no need to be “good at art” or to produce something. The process itself can become a way of listening, experimenting and discovering something that may not have had space to emerge otherwise.

I use art and making as accessible tools for exploration, expression and connection. I facilitate individual and collective practices that bring together textile work, movement, storytelling and other forms of creative expression.

For me, both Reiki and creative practice are invitations to step out of the pressure to constantly do more, be productive, and efficient. They offer a different pace, one where the hands can become attentive, the body can be felt, and there is room, and time, for self-discovery and belonging.
