The Pantarei Approach is an innovative somatic (body-based) methodology that combines intentional touch, movement, breath, and verbal communication. Rooted in the philosophy of Panta Rhei — the ancient Greek phrase meaning “everything flows” — this approach helps you reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, and your natural strength.
Rather than focusing solely on fixing problems, a Pantarei session invites you to explore the deeper patterns beneath stress, tension, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck. It creates space to reconnect with yourself in a more grounded, embodied way.
As a Pantarei practitioner, I support women in navigating the challenges of modern life through empathy, touch, movement, and conversation. In a world where many of us live mainly in our heads and disconnected from our bodies, this work helps you slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

What to Expect in a Session
A session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
We begin with a conversation about what is currently present in your life — emotionally, mentally, or physically. From there, we move into the somatic bodywork, which may take place while sitting, standing, moving, or lying fully clothed on a massage table.
Using touch, movement, breath, and verbal guidance, I support you in becoming more aware of the signals and wisdom of your body. Each session is unique and tailored to your personal process and needs.
We conclude with a short moment of integration and reflection, helping you bring the insights from the session into your daily life.

About me
My name is Hermance, and I am a Pantarei Approach practitioner and coach dedicated to helping women feel more at home in their bodies and lives.
With a background in Communication Science and years of training in Ayurveda, Yoga, coaching, and somatic work, I see health and well-being as a continuous dialogue between body, emotions, thoughts, and lived experiences.
My fascination with human behaviour — how we navigate life, carry stress, adapt, protect ourselves, and express emotions — is what led me toward this work. I deeply believe that the body holds profound wisdom, and that reconnecting with it can bring clarity, healing, strength, and direction.
Through intentional touch, movement, and dialogue, I help women move beyond survival patterns, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from themselves.
My approach is warm, grounded, intuitive, and practical. Together, we create space for more awareness, softness, resilience, and authentic connection with yourself.
