Systemic Sex and Relationship Therapist and Attachment-Focused Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner

In my work, I integrate psychodynamic, systemic, and relational talk therapy with somatic and neurobiological trauma release tools. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing and intimacy grow when we can stay connected to our bodies while remaining emotionally close to others.

As a Systemic Sex and Relationship Therapist and Attachment-Focused Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, I help individuals and couples explore the deeper patterns that shape their connections—patterns often held implicitly in the body. Whether we are working with the aftermath of trauma, challenges around desire, or the longing for greater intimacy and authenticity, our work together invites both regulation and vitality.

My practice increasingly incorporates touch-based somatic work, supporting the nervous system in re-establishing safety, self-regulation, and embodied presence—especially where early attachment experiences have left implicit imprints that talking alone cannot reach.

I see the body not as a symptom to be managed but as a living source of information and wisdom. The goal is not perfection, but integration—a sense of aliveness, coherence, and choice.

My practice is inclusive and affirming—I welcome all bodies, identities, genders, orientations, and relationship constellations.
