Contrary to popular belief, Coaching isn't only about reaching your goals - it is actually all about self-growth. As a Coach I listen and support, whilst you discover what you truly want and are. You learn your values and who you are at the core. We create a relationship of accountability and deep trust in each other. This allows you to start to be the main character in your life. Create a life worth living! 

Although I'm trained to coach you on any topics that you need like struggles, career or relationships etc. - I see them all coming together in what you call Your Life. I like to approach it holistically and see what connects with each other and how we can improve your life overall. Create a life worth living! 

How can I support you as a Coach?

It is a good time to reach out to a Coach when you have a problem, but you feel unclear or stuck. When you want to grow and improve your life by expanding your mindset, but don't know how. Coaching relationship supports you to start to become clear, reach your goals and grow as a person. It inspires to act and helps to grow trust in your own self. 

• When stuck: coaching opens up your mind to the full ability of choosing clearly. Understanding your underlying needs and motivations that will help to choose the best outcome, feeling at ease for picking one path. 

• For solving problems: coaching will help to find solutions and clear action steps for improvement. You will notice your personal blind spots and grow your mindset positively.

• For self discovery: When you want to become fully aware of your values, gifts, talents and more. When you want to connect to your full potential.

• For personal growth: coaching can help you plan and reach your dreams and goals and expand on the ones you already have reached. Sustaining and expanding your success.

When you are ready to take accountability for your life, you can reach out as I can be a great support by your side as you start to choose how you want to build your life. 

How it works?

First we meet for a free 30 min. intake session where I share what coaching is and isn't. You share your needs and we determine if your topic is coachable. If so, we agree on how often we meet and plan for Coaching.

Next Coaching sessions - 69 euro (60minutes)

Femininity Community 

If you are looking for a women's only community in Amsterdam that goes deep - this is us. We meet every month for a community meetup at Ōsmos studio that is led through coaching level questions allowing us to explore and connect deeply. Get to know ourselves and others in the group.
