I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. It's a partnership where we explore the landscapes of your inner world together, uncovering insights and tools that lead to meaningful change. My role, as a psychologist, is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop strategies to navigate life's challenges. About me
As a licensed psychologist based in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, my mission is to offer a place for growth and self-discovery through online and in-person sessions in German, Italian and English. With a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and empowerment.
After completing my Bachelor and Master in Psychology in Austria, I moved to the Netherlands. Currently, I am enrolled in a postgraduate program to become a Clinical Psychologist. I work with a so-called multi-method approach. This means we will work with different psychological techniques, based on your unique situation, ensuring to offer the most effective support.
