Shirley Collet
Mediation - Coaching - Grief Support
I support moments of fragility, the sensitive passages of life, and the storms.
At Osmos, I offer three types of support in French, German, and English:
Mediation and conflict management in personal and professional settings
Coaching – support for individual and couples
Grief support – for individuals, families, and groups
○ Death Doula : I also accompany people at the end of life.
Mediation
Choosing to be accompanied means offering yourself time, a safe space, and the presence of a neutral, trained professional to:
Gently untangle complex situations
Ease communication and avoid confrontation
Discover solutions, compromises, and mutual understanding
Bring clarity to your relationship — whether personal or professional
Break free from recurring conflicts that affect your energy and well-being
Explore sensitive topics that feel difficult to approach
Navigate separation with care, preserving respect and connection — for yourself and for your children
Together, the aim is to restore:
Clarity around your needs and those of others
Serenity within yourself and in your relationships
Pathways to move forward — both individually and together
I believe that every conflict holds the potential to become an opportunity for deeper understanding — of oneself and of one another.

Grief - You’re not alone
Once a month, I offer a workshop and a sharing circle, as well as individual sessions, to support those who have lost a loved one or are facing a loved one’s illness (anticipatory grief). I also welcome those mourning the loss of an animal companion.
Pricing
For individuals - 60mins
reduced fee: €65
standard fee: €80
solidarity fee: €95
For two people - 90mins
reduced fee: €85, €120
standard fee: €110, €155
solidarity fee: €130, €180
I use a sliding scale because offering a range of fees helps to make my services as accessible as possible while also allowing me to sustain my practice. I ask that people pay what they are willing and able to, with the knowledge that a fee in the solidarity tier will go directly to making lower-cost counseling possible for someone with more limited financial resources.
I offer a first online consultation for free to get to know each other.
Feel free to email me at shirleycollet@gmail.com with any questions or to book a first session. In your email, please tell me a little bit about yourself and why you are seeking counseling. I look forward to welcoming you to my practice.
About me
From an early age, my personal experiences led me to reflect on the quality of human connection — how we grow, integrate, and transform through life’s transitions. Deeply curious about others and their potential, I see life as an unfolding adventure, rich with stages and experiences.
Over the years, I’ve explored diverse worlds — from the prison and hospital systems to the non-profit, governmental, and corporate sectors — while moving between roles as an entrepreneur, employee, and freelancer. Through it all, I’ve continued to learn and deepen my practice.
Listening with empathy, sensing beyond words, and understanding the needs of others to help them reconnect with their own inner resources are at the heart of my work. My mission is to offer spaces where people can rediscover themselves and move toward greater well-being. To enter the dance of life is to embrace its continuous motion — the cycles of loss, letting go, transformation, encounters, conflicts, and renewal.
I look forward to meeting you.
