Collective Healing Circles

After working with individuals and family systems for ten years, I have realized one thing: We are ready. We’re ready for deeper connection, higher transparency in communication, more agency and a sense of belonging in this world. We are ready to heal together! This is why I holding monthly spaces for collective healing.

• LGBTQIA+ Circle: Creating safer spaces
  Meeting every second Monday of the month, 6:30-8:30 pm at Osmos with Eustachia Heinz

This Circle is a group of max. 8 people, holding space for each other’s patterns and experiences in a trauma sensitive and attuned way. Language: English or bilingually English and German. The price per meeting: 45€ Standard, 30€ Social, 60€ Supporting Price.

Couples & relationship counseling

Couples of all genders and ages find their way to my practice, whenever there is a feeling of being stuck at some point in the relationship. When the old does not fit anymore and the new does not have a form yet. With presence and the needs of all parties in mind, I try to hold a space for mutual understanding and deep connection that allows change.

Psychological counseling for kids & families

It is important to offer young people and their family system a space for sharing their struggles and needs, for improving their communication patterns and most importantly for healing. 
My counseling sessions with children and young adults focus on the internal and external resources of the client and the surrounding family to discover new ways to make use of them.
I consider my way of counseling as self-empowering, always keeping in mind, that I do not know the answers to the healing process but can support my clients in finding (back to) their path. I offer individual sessions for children and young adults as well as family sessions, that I find necessary for a positive long-term effect of the counseling. 
In my work with parents, I focus on the strengthening of the parental capacity of self-reflection, the stabilization of  their emotional world as well as of the relationship between the attachment figures - being a safe haven for their kids.

About me

From the beginning of our lives, we are part of different social systems. In some cases, we are born into them and others, we participate through choice. Our social systems form the fabric of our lives and thus, are a key determinant of our mental health. I chose to make this the central focus of my work: Supporting people in building healthier relationships to themselves and the social systems that they participate in. I hope to accompany people towards healthier ways of being and relating to themselves and others that supports a grounded and holistic approach to human development.
