Léa Hartman

Sex & Relationship Counsellor in Training

(Final Year, CICS Diploma)

My Approach

I specialise in psychosexual and relationship counselling, supporting people in exploring intimacy, sexual expression, and relational dynamics. I work within a pluralistic therapy framework, recognising that no single method fits everyone.

In sessions, I invite curiosity about your experiences, relationships, and sexuality. Together, we explore ways to live more authentically and in alignment with yourself, cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion, and opening possibilities to flourish in your relationships with others.

I also draw on my background in mindfulness, embodiment, and somatic practices as optional tools that can help you tune into your thoughts, emotions, and body and your relationship to those.

Individual Sessions

Sessions offered in English or in French.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for self-exploration. Sessions provide an opportunity to:

  • Explore relationship challenges and communication

  • Reflect on attachment, self-esteem and relational patterns

  • Consider intimacy and sexual function concerns

  • Engage with diverse experiences of gender, sexuality, fertility, and sexual health

  • Explore how disability, neurodiversity, and life circumstances may shape your experiences of relationships and sexuality

  • Explore kink and alternative sexualities

  • Understand the role and function of compulsive sexual behaviours

All sessions are talk therapy only — no touch is involved.

Couples & Relationship Counselling

From March 2026, I will start offering low-cost sessions for couples and all relationship constellations.

About me

I’m a Sex & Relationship Counsellor in training in my final year at CICS, living and practising in Berlin. Over the past decade, I’ve explored and trained in practices that support embodiment, self-awareness, and authentic connection, which inform the tools I can offer you.

I’m fascinated by the complexity of human relationships and sexuality and passionate about helping people explore these areas in a space that honours curiosity, self-compassion, and presence.

I support individuals in exploring relationships, sexuality, and self-expression in a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space, considering how individual and systemic factors shape our relational and sexual experiences. As a Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity and a Queer-affirming counsellor, I’m committed to helping people connect authentically with themselves and others.
