Simone Richter

Title here

I offer holistic counselling, bodywork, and integration support to help you reconnect with your body, your inner world, and your resources.

I’m Simone — an Embodiment Coach, psychological yoga therapist, trauma-sensitive bodyworker, and space holder based in Berlin.

I believe we are layered, ever-evolving beings, and that healing begins when we meet all parts of ourselves with tenderness and curiosity. That’s why my approach is holistic, body-based, and trauma-informed.

Together, we’ll tune into the full spectrum of your experience: not just your thoughts, but also the language of your body, emotions, patterns, and personal story. I weave somatic tools, psychological yoga therapy, coaching, creative expression, and nervous system support — always responsive to what feels safe, accessible, and nourishing for you.

I hold the deep knowing that personal struggles are never isolated. They are shaped by our histories, relationships, and the broader systems we live within. My work is rooted in feminist values, social awareness, and deep respect for your lived truth.

Whether you’re seeking to reconnect with your body, move through a transition, or find support during challenging times — we’ll move gently, honestly, and always at your pace.

About me

Hi, I’m Simone, 32 years old and Berlin-based.

After experiencing burnout, trauma, and hormonal imbalances, I explored many paths to reconnect with my body. What truly brought me back was not striving to be “better,” but learning to feel, listen, and stay present. Yoga, therapy, touch, and emotional honesty became the gentle power that supported me.

Today, I support others on that journey. I hold spaces where people can slow down, meet themselves with compassion, and rebuild trust in their inner experience.

My approach is holistic and body-based. I integrate somatic tools, yoga therapy, creative expression, and feminist perspectives — always with a trauma-sensitive, inclusive, and lived-experience-informed lens.

In my world, healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about becoming strong enough to soften.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, feeling disconnected from your body, processing overwhelm or stress, or longing to feel more grounded — I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach is shaped by a diverse background in somatic, therapeutic, and creative disciplines. I bring together evidence-informed methods with intuitive, body-based wisdom — always trauma-sensitive, inclusive, and rooted in lived experience.
