The foundation of resilience: a balanced nervous system Reshape your relationship with your nervous system. Based on the Polyvagal Theory and the science of neuroplasticity (the brains ability to adapt and change), a dysregulated nervous system can be trained to expand its window of stress tolerance. Through stress relief management and burnout prevention techniques, I provide strategies to navigate you through the fight, flight, or freeze response and into emotional and physiological well-being.

Breath is your closest ally – let’s reconnect with it.

We start life with the first breath and end it with the last. It connects us to life force and to ourselves the essence of our being. Conscious Breathwork and Transformational Breathwork help you manage stress, find emotional balance, and discover inner peace.

Only you know what is right for your body, mind, and soul. We all have this wisdom within us, but it’s not always easy to see it clearly, especially when we feel stressed and overwhelmed. This coaching approach helps you access your inner wisdom.

Clean Coaching, developed by David Grove, is a technique from directive guidance. It works to address and clear limiting beliefs and mental obstacles using our innate wisdom. It offers a path to greater mental clarity and cultivates a resilient mind.

Nutrition: Fuel up for a strong body and a resilient mind.

My holistic nutritional counseling is designed to optimize your diet, ensuring you regain your physical strength and vitality. Often, we forget how to nourish and listen to our bodies. The counseling is tailored to your specific needs because nutrition is as individual as you are.

Holistic Burnout Prevention

  • 90 min. / 1:1 session: 95 €

  • package: 8 sessions à 60 min. (online optional): 650 €

Nutritional Counseling

  • 75 Min. (online optional) / 1:1 session: 85 €

Transformative Atemarbeit / Conscious Connected Breathwork

  • 120 min. / 1:1 session (at Osmos studio): 95 €

  • 120 min. / group session (at Osmos studio, min. 4 ppl.): 35 €/person


You can either book a session for a specific approach you would like to address or a package that will guide you through all the different approaches over time (nervous system work, coaching, holistic nutrition-based).

About me

Ich bin Louisa, Heilpraktikerin und Coach und habe mich auf Stressmanagement und Burnout-Prävention, persönliche Entwicklung und ganzheitliche Ernährung spezialisiert.

Ich habe selbst die extremen Auswirkungen von langfristigem Stress erlebt. Über ein Jahrzehnt lang habe ich in der schnelllebigen, leistungsorientierten Werbe- und Filmindustrie gearbeitet – bis es zum Burnout kam. Während dieser intensiven und stressigen Jahre begab ich mich auf die persönliche Suche nach Hilfestellungen - von ganzheitlicher Ernährung, manueller Therapie (Körperarbeit) bis hin zu spirituellen Methoden und ganzheitlichen Heilpraktiken. Mein starkes Interesse an alternativen Methoden und ganzheitlicher Gesundheit führte mich schließlich dorthin, wo ich heute bin. Dabei war mein Burnout der Wendepunkt, meine Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse zu meinem Beruf zu machen und damit anderen zu helfen.

Es gibt die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten, mit Stress umzugehen. Schlussendlich kommt es darauf an, welchen Umgang wir zu uns und Stress entwickeln, welche Werkzeuge wir zur Hand haben. Wenn wir uns selbst stützen können, können wir auch wieder ins Gleichgewicht und unsere Widerstandsfähigkeit gelangen.
