Saskia Fuchs
Psychologist (M.A.) & Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy
My Approach
I utilize a strengh-based, psychodynamic approach in my work with clients and combine extensive clinical psychological knowledge with body-oriented techniques to provide an integrated approach to achieving emotional well being. Drawing from my background in Sex & Relationship Counseling, Embodied Intimacy & Relationship Coaching and in depth psychology, I support you identify and overcome the blocks that may be holding you back.
Cultural and social sensitivity is at the core of my practice, ensuring that our work together honors your unique background and experiences. By prioritizing the therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where we can explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns collaboratively.
Relationship & Couples Counseling
Relationships are living systems — constantly changing, shaped by how we connect to ourselves and to one another. Sometimes this flow becomes disrupted: arguments repeat, trust feels fragile, intimacy fades, transitions create pressure, or you sense you’ve lost access to yourself within the relationship. Relationship counseling can help you slow down, understand underlying patterns, and reconnect with clarity, agency, and tenderness. Couples counseling is available for individuals, couples, and poly relationships.
Sex Counseling
Sexuality is often an emotional language of its own, revealing our longings, fears, desires, and protective patterns. Sex counseling offers a grounded space to explore challenges such as low desire, difficulty with arousal, sexual disconnection in relationships, pain during sex, uncertainty about your needs, or simply a wish to deepen your erotic expression. My approach is body-aware, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that your erotic self can be a powerful source of insight, vitality, and connection.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling provides a focused therapeutic space to address emotional difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and relationship concerns. Together, we identify underlying patterns and develop tools that help you gain self awareness, develop new perspectives, strengthen your inner resources, and create lasting shifts in how you feel, relate, and navigate your life.
Who I Work With
Whether you’re seeking individual support during life transitions, wanting to reconnect with your body and erotic self, navigating dating, break-ups or grief, or — as a couple — hoping to strengthen intimacy, erotic connection, and communication, I meet each topic with empathy and care. Together we work toward a deeper understanding of your emotional and erotic self, opening the way for integration, choice, and meaningful transformation.

About me
I am a psychologist currently in training to become a licensed psychotherapist with a focus on depth psychology and psychoanalysis at the Institute of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Psychoanalyse und Psychotherapie Berlin. Since May 2023, I am also delighted to be part of the Ōsmos Studio as a licensed practitioner for psychotherapy.
Throughout my academic and personal journey, I have developed a deep curiosity about the connection between our emotions and our bodies. Growing up with parents in constant conflict taught me early on that there are always multiple perspectives on a story, and that love and compatibility alone are often not enough. As human beings, we are naturally wired to seek connection—the need to feel safe and understood. I view relationships as spaces for individual growth, where we learn to better understand both ourselves and others.
The surrealist André Breton once described eroticism as a transformative force capable of bridging separate existences. This perspective inspired me to explore holistic practices alongside my training as a clinical psychologist. This journey led to my certification as a Tantra yoga teacher in Ecuador and further specializations in systemic and somatic sex and relationship therapy/coaching.
