Traumasensitive Systemic Sexual Therapy & Couples Coaching

In my sessions, individuals and couples / lovers find a safe and non-judgmental space to talk openly about sexuality, relationships, and intimacy. Here, you can speak openly about everything — sexuality, relationships, desires, fears, and the questions that often remain unspoken. Topics often surrounded by shame or taboo can be expressed and understood here with care and clarity.

My work combines a systemic and trauma-sensitive approach with a focus on communication, body awareness, and relational dynamics. I bring a feminist and holistic perspective to sexuality, always considering both the personal and the social dimensions of desire and connection.

Profound experiences  from tantric bodywork and BDSM informs my understanding of boundaries, trust, power, and pleasure. The goal is to foster safety, understanding, and authentic connection — with oneself and with others. No matter if you are solo or in (a) relationship(s). If it is a fresh start, a new start or a long term connection.

Common topics include:
 – Desire differences and sexual fulfillment
 – Communication and trust issues in relationships
 – Shame, fear, or pain related to sexuality
 – Non-monogamy, jealousy, affairs, and boundaries
 – Kinks, fetishes, sexuaitly? Who am I actually sexually?
 – The impact of trauma or consent violations

About me

I believe that finding peace, awareness, and presence in our intimate relationships allows us to contribute to a more peaceful world. Relationships and sexuality are constantly evolving, and approaching them consciously can create deeper connection, freedom, and joy.

I want to contribute to make it easy to talk about sexuality and conflicts. I want me and everyone to be able to find a way of relating that is good for them and everyone involved.

My path to couples coaching, sexual therapy, and tantra grew from both professional training and personal exploration. Studying sociology and health sciences, teaching sexual education, and completing Tantra Teacher Training led me to work with people navigating sexual challenges, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. I combine emotions focused communication  with body exercises to guide couples and individuals toward connection, trust, and sexual wellbeing.

My Approach
I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and practical approach, integrating:

  • Systemic sexual therapy and couples coaching to address relationship patterns and communication challenges

  • Tantra and mindful bodywork to support sexual awareness, pleasure, and intimacy

  • Trauma-informed practices for issues like relationship anxiety, sexual dysfunction, or non-consensual experiences
